General Management & Operations
- Coordinate with the Projects team to monitor school construction progress and readiness for launch.
- Liaise with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of launch and marketing kits.
- Build and maintain relationships with Business Partners (BPs) to ensure operational and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and re-evaluate them for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate induction programs and provide operational training to new Business Partners.
- Collaborate with internal support teams for prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Oversee procurement of Mount Litera Gear and brand-aligned materials for new schools. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Review catchment and competition analysis reports prepared by KAMs and develop tailored launch strategies.
- Define and execute annual admission targets and launch plans for recent schools.
- Prepare and oversee the school-specific marketing calendar in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
- Supervise implementation of ATL and BTL campaigns at the ground level.
- Monitor school-level marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization to generate footfalls and awareness.




- Develop and implement school activation programs in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Evaluate and refine quarterly marketing plans to maximize word-of-mouth promotion and inquiries.
- Drive PR activities and brand visibility initiatives to support school positioning. Facility Management
- Ensure that school infrastructure and facilities are completed in accordance with brand standards before launch.
- Provide guidance to Business Partners to maintain consistency in infrastructure and service delivery as per Zee Learn norms. Parental Engagement & Feedback
- Conduct lost-customer analysis and capture reasons for drop-offs during the admission process.
- Design and evaluate the Half-Yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey (Parents).
- Analyze grievance trends and initiate strategic interventions to improve parent satisfaction.
- Promote structured initiatives to involve parents in school activities, improving overall engagement. Financial Compliance & Support
- Ensure franchise partners meet financial obligations and compliance requirements as per Zee Learn policy.
- Assist Business Partners in preparing and following a profitability calendar for financial sustainability.
