Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban, responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of smart home and automation projects. This position oversees project timelines, coordinates with internal engineering, sales, and installation teams, and maintains clear communication with clients to ensure requirements are understood and met. The Project Coordinator tracks progress, prepares status reports, manages documentation, and assists in resource planning and scheduling on multiple projects.



The role involves organizing site visits, monitoring installation activities, handling basic issue escalation, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The Project Coordinator also contributes to process improvement by gathering feedback, updating project trackers, and supporting post-installation handover and training activities. Qualifications
- Project coordination and planning skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management.
- Basic understanding of smart home, electrical, or automation systems (e.g., KNX, DALI, WiFi, Zigbee) is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, presentations, and maintaining project records.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technology, management, or a related field; prior experience in project coordination or home automation is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations within Bangalore Urban and occasionally travel to other project sites if needed.
