- Revert to customer calls on a variety of issues.
- Update and process information accurately into the system.
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
- Take ownership and deliver on customer commitments.
- Liaise with internal teams when customer queries cannot be resolved at the first point of contact.
- Maintain clear communication using simple English to provide information and solutions.
- Demonstrate personal and professional integrity while dealing with customers.
- Treat all customers with empathy, respect, and consideration.
- Identify solutions from the customer's perspective and fulfil all commitments.
- Work collaboratively as a team, build trust, and engage in constructive conversations for team success. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, or Graduation are eligible.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior experience can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.




- Willingness to work in a UK Voice Support Process.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
