Job Summary: Reliserv Solution is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage the inbound and outbound movement of electrical products such as cables, wires, switchgear, panels, transformers, lighting, and allied goods. The ideal candidate will coordinate transportation, warehousing, dispatches, and documentation to ensure timely, cost-effective, and damage-free delivery to customers, dealers, project sites, and branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of finished goods to customers, distributors, dealers, and project sites
- Arrange and manage transportation with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners
- Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery through vehicle tracking and follow-ups
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, lorry receipts (LR), packing lists, and GST documents
- Coordinate with the sales, production, warehouse, and accounts teams for order processing and dispatch schedules
- Negotiate freight rates and manage transporter contracts to optimize logistics costs
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and handling of heavy and fragile electrical items
- Manage inventory movement,



stock transfers, and inter-warehouse transactions
- Handle import and export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with CHA agents (if applicable)
- Track and resolve transit damages, shortages, and delivery complaints, and coordinate insurance claims
- Verify transporter bills and freight invoices before submission to accounts
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and proof of delivery (POD) in ERP/SAP
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety norms, and company policies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on logistics performance and costs Required

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- PG Diploma or MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred
