We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as US IT Recruiters in India. This role is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the recruitment industry, focusing on sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for our clients in the United States.

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.




- Provide support to the recruitment team in administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
