About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should have solid programming knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with Python frameworks, databases, and APIs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code. Build and maintain backend applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs. Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues. Collaborate with frontend developers, software engineers, and other team members. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Work with version control tools such as Git. Ensure application performance, reliability, and security.




Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.2–4 years of professional experience in Python development. Strong proficiency in Python programming. Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script is an added advantage. Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Understanding of debugging, testing, and software development best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.
