Join a Sales & Marketing Growth Team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, contributing to customer engagement, lead conversion, and digital lead generation. The team includes Sales Executive and Digital Marketing Executive responsibilities, with a focus on clear communication, effective use of sales technology, and building customer relationships.

Duties

- Call and counsel customers, responding professionally to inquiries.
- Follow up with leads through WhatsApp and phone communication.
- Manage customer relationships and records using a CRM system.
- Convert qualified leads and close sales deals.
- Support B2B sales conversations and client communication.
- Generate leads through Meta and Google Ads.
- Contribute to social media marketing and campaign activities.
- Your impact: Timely follow-ups help customers get clear guidance and support lead conversion.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal, phone, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation technologies.
- Call center experience relevant to customer-facing work.
- Understanding of B2B sales and deal-closing practices.




- Comfortable adopting sales technology in daily workflows.
- For digital marketing work, familiarity with Meta and Google Ads.
- Ability to support lead generation and social media marketing.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
