We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge for our centrifugal pump manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, inventory control, material handling and coordination with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day stores and warehouse operations.
- Handle inward and outward material activities.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records and material tracking.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue slips.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum/maximum inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and traceability of materials.
- Handle raw materials, finished goods, engineering components, mechanical seals, bearings, castings and other pump-related materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.
- Manage material receipt, inspection coordination, dispatch and housekeeping.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Experience in Pump Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering / Mechanical Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of GRN, FIFO, Stock Audit and Material Reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage store operations.
Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or relevant field.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA.
