## About the Role

We're looking for early-stage creators with 500 – 1,500 followers to make short videos for our brand pages and ads. You'll speak to the camera from a script or brief we give you and be the face of our content. Most videos can be shot at home on your phone. Some may need you on-site. You're paid for every video you finish.

## Who We're Hiring: Lifestyle Creator

We need creators for daily-life, relatable and personality-led videos.

*You'll be a good fit if you:*

- Talk naturally on camera, like you're chatting with a friend

- Can make everyday moments feel real and relatable: routines, habits, college or work life, small wins

- Have a warm, friendly and expressive on-screen personality

- Can shoot in everyday settings (room, café, street, workspace) with good light and clear sound

*Types of videos:*

- Day-in-my-life and routine videos

- Productivity, habits and self-improvement tips

- Confidence, communication and personality development

- English speaking tips and student or career topics

- "Things I wish I knew" and relatable storytelling

## What We Need From You

- Comfortable speaking confidently on camera

- Able to shoot clear vertical videos on a phone with good light and sound

- Basic editing skills: cuts and captions (CapCut, InShot or similar)

- Reliable, consistent and able to meet deadlines

- Hindi and/or English speaking (mention which)

What One Project Includes

- One short video, 30–60 seconds**,



based on our script or brief

- Vertical format (9:16)**

- Basic editing: clean cuts and on-screen captions

- One round of changes** if needed

- Delivered within the agreed deadline, usually *2–3 days*

Usage Rights

Videos may be used on our brand pages and in paid ads. For some projects, you may also be asked to post or collab-post on your own profile. We will tell you this upfront in the brief.

Payment

- ₹250 – ₹500 per video, based on quality, length and editing

- Paid after the video is approved

- Regular, reliable creators will get repeat projects
