About the role

We are hiring Appointment Setters to keep the sales calendar full of qualified, pre-framed appointments with independent self storage operators.

The seat owns one outcome: a real appointment, with the decision maker, at a time they show up to. A closer handles the sale itself.

This is a calling seat. You work a list the lead team has already built and cleaned, dial it in the CRM, and book qualified prospects onto a closer's calendar. You do not run the sales cycle, quote prices, or negotiate.

What you will do

- Dial 100 to 150 outbound calls per day, rising to 200 to 300 once sales automation is in place.

- Work the self storage script: calls lead on the facility owner's standing pain, meaning missed calls, lost rentals and after-hours coverage.

- Book qualified appointments with the decision maker, confirm them, and send the calendar invite the same day.

- Follow up every unbooked lead on the cadence, and manage cancellations and reschedules.

- Hand each appointment to the closer with a short note in the prospect's own words: who covers the work today, the number they gave, the pain they named, and who decides.

- Log an outcome on every call before the next dial, and a note on every conversation.

- Report dials, conversations, appointments booked, and appointments held every day.

What we are looking for

- Six months or more of appointment setting, sales support, lead response, or SDR-style outbound work, with volume you can describe in numbers.

- Fluent spoken and written English, with an accent clearly understood by a US business audience.



An accent is not a barrier; what matters is that a US business owner follows you the first time. Clear pronunciation and a falling tone at the end of a sentence; a US business owner should hear a statement, not a question.

- Comfortable with high call volume as the normal shape of the working day.

- Strong active listening. The setter asks the questions and lets the prospect give the numbers.

- Discipline and consistency. Cadences, notes, and daily reports only work when they run every day.

- Practical use of AI tools as part of a daily workflow, for call preparation, notes, and follow-up drafts.

- A stable internet connection, a quiet working space, and a headset suitable for a full day of calling.

Preferred

- Experience dialing into self storage, home services, or business services.

- Experience in a seat where earnings included a commission tied to appointments that hold.

- Experience working a daily dial target with a tracked follow-up cadence.

- Familiarity with a modern CRM and power dialer.

Hours and compensation

- Remote, full-time, 40 hours per week, the working day on outbound calling.

- Schedule aligned to US business hours for the self storage territory, Eastern, Central and Mountain time, with overlap agreed at onboarding.





- Three-month trial with monthly targets that rise each month.

- After a successful three-month trial, once the seat is performing, earning potential is $200 to $1,500+ per month, and up to $5,000 with commissions: a monthly base plus commission for each appointment that holds and a bonus for each that converts into a client.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
