We are looking for a creative, responsible and detail-oriented Social Media Executive who can plan engaging content, manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with creative teams and maintain a consistent social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and writing skills, a good understanding of social media platforms and the ability to manage assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Content Planning

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars based on client requirements, campaigns, events and important occasions.
- Research content ideas, identify relevant trends and develop engaging concepts for posts, carousels, stories, reels and campaigns.
- Write clear, engaging and grammatically correct captions, social media copy, reel scripts and hashtags in English and Hindi.
- Schedule and publish approved content regularly, maintaining consistency and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments and messages, and coordinate appropriate responses as per client guidelines.

2. Creative Coordination & Content Development

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content teams to translate ideas into effective social media creatives.
- Prepare transparent creative briefs, provide relevant references and review designs and videos before publication.
- Use Canva and basic video editing tools to create or modify simple social media creatives and reels when required.
- Use AI tools for content research, ideation, caption writing, creative concepts and improving productivity, while independently verifying the accuracy and relevance of outputs.
- Maintain consistency in each client's communication style, brand identity and content quality.

3. Client Coordination, Quality & Reporting

- Manage assigned client accounts, understand requirements, coordinate approvals and communicate work progress clearly.
- Handle multiple assignments,



prioritise tasks and complete scheduled work without repeated follow-ups.
- Verify names, dates, figures, photographs, captions, credits and other factual information before publishing.
- Monitor social media performance, including reach, views, engagement, follower growth and content effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, identify areas for improvement and suggest practical content strategies.
- Maintain organised content calendars, media assets, publishing records and account-related documentation.
- Follow client approval processes, maintain confidentiality and handle official social media accounts responsibly.

Candidates are not expected to have advanced knowledge of every tool listed above. Practical social media management skills, good writing ability and willingness to learn new technologies are more important.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write and understand Hindi content effectively.
- Strong caption writing, content research, proofreading and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats,



audience engagement and current trends.
- Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, social media publishing and performance analytics.
- Ability to coordinate with teams, manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Responsible attitude, independent working ability and willingness to learn.
- Relevant professional, freelance, internship or agency experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred. Candidates with strong practical skills from other educational backgrounds may also apply.

Additional Skills That Will Be an Advantage

- Basic video editing, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form content creation.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic design applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content generation, prompt writing and AI video tools.
- Understanding of SEO, SMO, digital marketing, Meta Ads, paid promotions or website content management.
- Previous experience handling multiple social media accounts for an agency.
- Interest in wildlife, nature, conservation, tourism or public communication.
