We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Trainer to train showroom staff on jewellery products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train staff on gold, silver, and diamond jewellery.
- Explain jewellery purity, pricing, designs, and hallmarking.
- Train employees in customer handling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Conduct induction and refresher training sessions.
- Monitor staff performance and improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail.
- Previous experience in training or showroom management preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust jewellery product knowledge.
