Post: Lead - Mineral Process

Experience: 5 to 10 years

A. Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mineral Engineering,

2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in plant operation, engineering in mineral processing Industry

3. Hands on experience of MS office products, and latest engineering tools.

B. Key Responsibilities:

1. Process design engineering of mineral processing plant. Typical process engineering deliverable process design criteria, Process flow diagrams, Piping and instrumentation diagrams, control philosophy, process equipment datasheets, process description, mechanical equipment list, inputs to line list/ valve list/ instrument list/ plant layout, commissioning philosophy.

2. Develop and optimize flowsheets of mineral processing plants

3. Evaluate and select suitable mineral processing equipment (e.g. crusher, screen, cyclone, flotation cell, mills, magnetic separator, scrubber, thickener, filter, slurry pump etc. ) and technologies based on ore characteristics, project requirements, and economic considerations.

4.



Design and oversee bench-scale and pilot-scale metallurgical testing programs to evaluate ore properties and optimize process parameters.

5. Process audit, and process optimization studies of running plants.

6. Customer site visit for evaluation of ongoing process/product evaluation/inspection,

report review and recommendation solutions.

7. Collaboration with Geology, mining, mechanical, civil, Electrical, Instrumentation,

piping disciplines.

8. Knowledge of material handling equipment e.g. belt conveyors, feeders, reclaimer/ stacker, compressor, blower etc.

9. Maintaining and developing the technical competency of self.

C. Other Attributes:

1. Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

2. Report writing

3. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

4. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage

5. Project engineering Management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
