Pulse Business is looking for a Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive with experience in brand monitoring and content writing.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor online reviews, brand mentions, and customer sentiment.
- Manage Reddit and Quora research, engagement, and content strategies.
- Create and publish content on Medium, Blogger, Tumblr, and other platforms.
- Execute off-page SEO, backlink building, and digital PR activities.
- Conduct competitor research, brand audits, and sentiment analysis.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Use AI tools for content research and creation.

Requirements

- Valuable knowledge of Reddit, Quora, Google Reviews, and social media.
- Strong research, content writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
