About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our company's digital presence, drive online lead generation, and enhance brand visibility across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media pages, creating engaging content, promoting real estate projects, covering company events, and converting digital engagement into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
- Regularly update social media pages with relevant posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Generate qualified leads through social media platforms, paid campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Create engaging content, captions, creatives, reels, and promotional videos related to real estate projects.




- Highlight property features, project updates, investment opportunities, offers, and market trends.
- Attend company events, property exhibitions, corporate gatherings, project launches, and promotional activities.
- Capture photographs and videos during events and publish engaging real-time updates across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and lead generation.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements to achieve better results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; real estate industry experience will be preferred.
