Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements from department heads.
- Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment portals.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
- Fresher / Experienced.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Experience using Indeed and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
