We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting software.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST returns, GST reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Assist in Income Tax returns, tax audits, and statutory audits.
- Manage payroll accounting, salary records, and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and vendor accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors,



consultants, and government departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and bank reconciliation.
- Positive analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling accounts of multiple projects or business units.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll processing, and compliance.
- Experience in audit coordination and financial documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
