Oracle Senior Fusion SCM Consultant – OM, Manufacturing Costing

We are looking for a 8+ years of experience Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Order Management (OM), Manufacturing, and Cost Management to support Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.

Key Requirements:
•

Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion SCM, primarily across:
•

Order Management (OM)
•

Manufacturing
•

Cost Management / Costing

•

Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Manufacturing business processes.
•

Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing configuration, including work definitions, work orders, operations, resources, and production execution.
•

Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Cost Planning, Standard/Actual Costing, Inventory Valuation, and Manufacturing Costing.
•

Experience in Order Management configuration, order orchestration, fulfilment flows, pricing/inventory touchpoints,



and exception handling.
•

Good understanding of integrations between OM, Manufacturing, Costing, Inventory, Procurement, Planning, and Financials.
•

Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations, covering requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
•

Ability to analyse complex business requirements and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
•

Strong experience in troubleshooting production issues and complex SCM business scenarios.
•

Ability to conduct client workshops and work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams.
•

Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently take ownership of end-to-end deliverables.
