Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Wheelchair Assistants to provide mobility assistance to passengers at Dubai Airport. The selected candidates will assist passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring their comfort, safety, and smooth movement throughout the airport.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist passengers who require wheelchair support within the airport.
- Help passengers during arrival, departure, and transit procedures.
- Escort passengers between check-in counters, boarding gates, and designated airport areas.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from aircraft.
- Handle wheelchairs safely and responsibly.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.




- Coordinate with airport staff and other departments when required.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum Plus Two / High School qualification preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication is required.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting passengers.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to work in a customer-service environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in airport or customer service roles will be an advantage.
