Job Description – IT Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Shift: Rotational and Evening Shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to provide technical support across our stores and corporate operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, along with the ability to visit stores and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end users by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, software, and other IT peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT security requirements.
- Respond to IT support requests through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software, and software licenses.




- Conduct store visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at operational locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT-related support and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and minimize operational downtime.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry is required.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including the evening shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Must own a bike and be comfortable travelling to stores for technical support.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic IT documentation.
