We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Marketing & Business Development Executives to expand our business network and generate new customer enquiries. Job Responsibilities - Visit schools, colleges, corporate companies and institutions. - Promote domestic and international tour packages. - Generate recent business leads and customer enquiries. - Develop relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients. - Build partnerships with travel agents and local businesses. - Conduct field marketing activities and promotional campaigns. - Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings. - Achieve monthly marketing and business development targets.



- Maintain daily visit reports and lead records. Requirements - Any Bachelor's Degree preferred. - MBA in Marketing or Business Administration is an added advantage. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Tamil communication is essential; English is preferred. - Basic computer knowledge. - Willingness to travel within Madurai and nearby districts. - Previous field marketing or sales experience preferred. - Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
