Job Title: Warehouse System OperatorDepartment: Warehouse / Stores / LogisticsReporting To: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage warehouse system transactions, inventory records, material receipts, storage, issue, and dispatch activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily warehouse transactions in WMS / ERP systems.
- Update material receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and dispatch details.
- Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update inward material records.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor material availability, stock levels, and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Prepare daily stock reports, inward/outward reports, and inventory statements.
- Ensure proper material identification, labelling, and location mapping.
- Support physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of WMS / SAP / ERP systems.
- MS Excel and computer operating skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.

2. Line Feeding Operator

Job Title: Line Feeding OperatorDepartment: Warehouse / Production / Material HandlingReporting To:



Line Feeding Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To ensure timely and accurate supply of raw materials, components, and other required items from the warehouse to the production line, avoiding production interruptions and maintaining uninterrupted material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect materials from the warehouse as per production requirements.
- Ensure timely feeding of materials to designated production lines.
- Follow material requisitions and production schedules.
- Verify part numbers, material codes, quantities, and specifications before feeding.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and material traceability.
- Ensure materials are delivered to the correct production line and location.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material availability.
- Monitor material shortages and immediately report them to supervisors.
- Collect empty bins, containers, and returnable packaging materials.
- Maintain material feeding records and documentation.
- Follow 5S, safety standards, and material-handling procedures.
- Ensure no production delays due to improper material feeding.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of warehouse and production operations.
- Knowledge of material identification and part numbers.
- Understanding of FIFO principles.
- Ability to handle material movement and documentation.
- Good coordination and teamwork.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
