Role Overview

We are looking for a service-oriented F&B; Associate to assist with the daily operations of our restaurant and dining areas. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with guests, taking food orders and ensuring smooth service throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Share menu information and help guests with basic food and beverage queries.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining proper service standards.
- Prepare tables before service and ensure they are reset after guests leave.
- Monitor guest requirements during dining and respond to requests promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are served on time.




- Assist with restaurant opening, closing and buffet arrangements, wherever required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene and service procedures.
- Support the team in handling guest feedback and service-related concerns.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant or food service operations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of restaurant service and dining etiquette.
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
- Presentable, courteous and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage busy service periods.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
