Job Description

- Analyze tissue samples, blood, and fluids to identify diseases such as cancer, infections, and immune disorders.
- Provide diagnostic reports that guide clinicians in treatment planning and patient management.
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Consult with other medical professionals to interpret complex test results and discuss case findings.
- Contribute to medical research and training, often supervising junior doctors or pathology trainees.

Qualifications

- Medical degree with specialization in pathology.
- Board certification in pathology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous career development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
