Store & Shipping Executive - Job Description

- Handle inward and outward material movement in the store.
- Maintain stock records for RM, FG, and consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure proper material storage and FIFO implementation.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, and shipping records.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Track shipment status and resolve dispatch issues.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Update ERP/Excel records accurately on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for stores and shipping activities.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Verify material quantities and quality before dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store & shipping reports.

Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 2-5 Years in Store, Warehouse, or Shipping Operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
