Role & responsibilities

- Experience in Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audit , Budgeting & GST. Strong Background on finance, accounting, or business
- Having good practical exposures of Accounting Standards and Ind-AS
- Proven leadership skills in managing a team of 6 to 8 finance professionals.
- robust understanding of compliance requirements related to IT, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and other government regulations
- Cost Management Expertise in managing production costs, budgeting, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing context.
- Financial Analysis Strong analytical skills to assess manufacturing efficiencies and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Inventory Management Understanding of inventory valuation methods and their financial implications.
- Regulatory Compliance Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
