Telecaller – Personal Loan Sales

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Personal Loan Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining loan products and converting potential customers into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for personal loan sales.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria and documentation.
- Generate leads and convert them into loan applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer relationships.




- Coordinate with the loan processing team until loan disbursement.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
