About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop business with research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, educational institutions, government organisations and industrial customers.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing accounts and generating business for our range of laboratory chemicals, analytical reagents, reference standards, chromatography consumables and laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct customer interaction.
- Visit research institutes, universities, pharmaceutical companies, QC laboratories and industrial customers.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Promote products from reputed brands such as Merck, Sigma-Aldrich, Honeywell and LGC.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales,



preferably in laboratory chemicals, scientific instruments, pharmaceuticals or industrial chemicals.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and a genuine interest in field sales may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with fieldwork.

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and capability).
