Hiring: IT Support & Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled IT Support & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, end-user technical support, networking, system administration, and basic digital platform operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues, maintaining IT assets, and providing technical assistance for digital communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Infrastructure

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, hardware, and software.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, email accounts, and user access management.
- Handle software installations, antivirus, system updates, backups, and IT security.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and technical support records.

IT Operations & Administration

- Monitor day-to-day IT infrastructure and ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and basic system administration.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.





Basic Social Media & Digital Support

- Provide technical assistance for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Handle basic Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio administration.
- Assist with account access, permissions, security settings, and content publishing.
- Provide technical support for online meetings, live streaming, and digital events.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software, and networking.
- Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and user account management.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, antivirus, backups, and IT asset management.
- Familiarity with social media platform administration and digital tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Punjabi Fluent candidate with Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, remote support tools, CCTV, routers, switches, and live-streaming technology.

A proactive and dependable IT qualified capable of independently managing IT support operations, maintaining infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and supporting basic digital technology requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
