Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor for an automobile business located in Mulund, Mumbai. The successful candidate will evaluate our financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, optimize internal controls, and minimize financial risks across our automobile operations.Role Details

Key Responsibilities

- Audit Execution: Plan, scope, and execute internal audits covering financial, operational, and compliance controls specific to dealership operations, inventory, and supply chain.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Risk Assessment: Identify internal control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and potential financial risks within procurement, spare parts inventory, and vehicle sales departments.
- Compliance Review: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards,



tax regulations (GST, TDS), and internal company policies.
- Inventory Verification: Conduct regular and surprise physical verifications of vehicle stock, spare parts, and workshop tools.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting key findings and providing actionable, cost-effective recommendations for management.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and improve overall operational workflows

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, Inter-CA, or Inter-ICWA.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and ERP systems commonly used in the auto industry.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication: Transparent written and verbal communication skills for presenting audit findings to management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
