Bartender – Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks.
- Greet guests, understand their preferences, and provide friendly and effective service.
- Maintain the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work area in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Check and maintain bar stock, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
- Assist with daily stock counting, inventory control, and minimising wastage.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately when required.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the F&B; and kitchen teams for smooth service during regular operations and events.
- Prepare the bar setup before service and ensure proper closing and cleaning after service.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients, and promotions.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events while ensuring excellent guest experience..
