Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and market development? Looking to grow your career in FMCG sales and field sales operations?

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Territory Sales Executive for a growing organization in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Location: Kozhikode, Malappuram, Thrissur and Ernakulam
Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG Sales
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; a Sales or Marketing qualification is preferred.
Freshers may also be considered for suitable entry-level opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate primary and secondary sales and increase product sales volume.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors according to the assigned beat plan.
Develop new retail outlets and expand market coverage.
Coordinate with distributors for order booking, product availability, and timely supply.
Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.




Execute promotional schemes, product displays, merchandising, and current product launches.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain sales reports, order records, collection details, and market visit updates.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of FMCG sales experience preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
Ability to acquire new outlets and develop existing markets.
Target-oriented mindset and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile sales applications.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be required.
