Job Responsibilities

- Guide students in their academic development and learning progress.
- Monitor students' academic performance and identify learning gaps.
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
- Provide guidance on CBSE syllabus, examinations, and study strategies.
- Coordinate with teachers and parents regarding student performance.
- Recommend remedial support and academic improvement plans.
- Maintain student academic records and counselling reports.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in CBSE schools preferred.
- Excellent communication and student-handling skills.
