Job Description

We are hiring a Hyperion Planning & Enterprise Performance Management Manager to lead Oracle Planning implementations, oversee technical and functional delivery, and manage project teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Planning and EPM implementation projects.
- Manage project estimation, requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Design, develop, and support EPBCS/PCMCS solutions, business rules, Groovy scripts, MDX calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage custom cubes, reporting cubes, data integrations, metadata, security, and user provisioning.
- Work with EPM Automate and batch/shell operations.
- Handle project governance, risks, escalations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with clients and distributed delivery teams.
- Mentor team members and support presales and proposal development.

Mandatory Requirements





- Minimum 9 years of relevant Oracle Planning/EPM experience.
- Experience in EPBCS or PCMCS.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM development and administration.
- At least 5–6 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Proven team leadership and project delivery experience.
- Knowledge of Groovy, business rules, MDX, integrations, and EPM Automate.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS, solution prototyping, and performance optimization.

Education

B.Sc., B.Com., B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., MBA, M.Com., CA, or PGDM. Diploma and ITI qualifications are not accepted.
