Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Instances, releases, applications, modules, tables, records, lists, and forms, checking the logs , email status, integration health check, event queue, MID server
Data model
Tables, fields, reference fields, relationships, task hierarchy, and CMDB basics
Configuration
Users, groups, roles, ACLs, forms, lists, UI policies and business rules, Data Load , transform Script & Mapping , bulk data update
Workflow & automation
Flow Designer, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and automated assignment/routing
Development
Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs, scoped applications, and App Engine
Integration
REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, inbound/outbound integrations, SSO implementation/ configuration
Security
Roles, ACLs, authentication, data access, and application security
ITSM support
ITSM process Flow, Integration troubleshooting, ITIL Process

Exp :6 - 9 yrs ;Location :Only Pune ;WO Rate :170k max ;5 days work from office kharade location
Experience in ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.) is acceptable if the candidate has solid hands-on development expertise.Preferred experience level is 5-6+ years .SRE/Operations exposure is desirable but not mandatory .Certifications are a plus; practical knowledge and development capability are the primary evaluation criteria.Pune is the preferred location, though other locations may be considered for robust candidates.
Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - IT Service Management .
