No prior recruitment experience? No problem!

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and motivated freshers with strong English communication skills who want to build a career in the fast-growing US Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment industry.

What We’re Looking For

The most important requirement is excellent English communication skills.

- Confidence while speaking with candidates
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a US shift
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

Experience: Freshers are welcome!
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Healthcare/Recruitment Experience: Not mandatory. Complete training will be provided.

Your Role

You will be trained to:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Communicate with healthcare professionals in the US
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Understand healthcare job roles and requirements




- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate information in our ATS
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
