Job Summary

TenX Spaces is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Reservation Executive specialising in OTA management and distribution. The candidate will be responsible for managing online travel platforms, handling reservations, maintaining listing accuracy, monitoring inventory, coordinating pricing updates and maximising booking conversions across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda and channel management systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. OTA Management & Distribution

- Manage and monitor property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda and other OTA platforms.
- Ensure all listings have updated photographs, descriptions, amenities, policies and pricing.
- Monitor listing performance, visibility, ranking and conversion rates.
- Maintain calendar accuracy, availability and inventory across all platforms.
- Handle OTA extranet updates, modifications and account-related issues.
- Coordinate with channel managers to ensure seamless inventory synchronisation.

2. Reservations Management

- Handle incoming bookings, modifications, cancellations and guest enquiries.
- Ensure timely confirmation and processing of all reservations.
- Monitor upcoming arrivals, departures and special guest requests.
- Coordinate with the operations and housekeeping teams for smooth guest check-ins.
- Manage booking discrepancies,



overbookings and cancellation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking reports.

3. Channel Manager & System Management

- Manage channel manager platforms such as STAAH, Hostaway or similar systems.
- Ensure correct rate mapping, room mapping and inventory synchronisation.
- Monitor booking updates across all connected OTAs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to availability, rates and bookings.

4. Revenue & Pricing Coordination

- Coordinate with the Revenue Manager for daily rate updates and promotions.
- Ensure updated pricing and minimum stay restrictions across all platforms.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Implement promotional offers, discounts and OTA campaigns as approved.
- Identify opportunities to improve booking conversion and occupancy.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily booking and reservation reports.
- Track booking sources and OTA-wise revenue contribution.
- Monitor cancellations, modifications and booking conversion.
- Report any discrepancies, technical issues or revenue leakages.
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations and platform activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations, vacation rentals or OTA management.
- Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com and MakeMyTrip.




- Knowledge of Agoda and other online travel platforms.
- Experience with channel managers such as STAAH or Hostaway.
- Good understanding of OTA extranet management and inventory distribution.
- Basic understanding of ADR, occupancy, RevPAR and revenue management.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Working Conditions

- Full time position.
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off as per company policy.
- Must be available for coordination during operational requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who understands the complete OTA ecosystem and can independently manage the online distribution of multiple vacation rental properties. The candidate should be proactive, technically strong and capable of managing reservations and OTA operations with minimal supervision.

The primary objective is to ensure maximum online visibility, accurate inventory distribution, smooth reservation management and improved booking conversion across the TenX Spaces portfolio.

Pay: ₹37,500.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
