Hiring: Google Ads Executive

Location: Kolkata, Near City Centre 2 (CC2)

Experience: 1-2 Years

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Google Ads Executive to assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. Candidates should have a basic understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign performance metrics, and digital advertising. Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Search Ads and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, and competitor research.

Assist in managing bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, and negative keywords.

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.

Support campaign optimization to improve lead generation and overall performance.

Create and test ad copies, ad assets,



and campaign strategies.

Identify underperforming campaigns and keywords and assist in implementing improvements.

Prepare campaign performance reports and analyze results.

Coordinate and manage multiple campaigns or projects as required.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Google Ads and paid advertising.

Understanding of keyword research and campaign management fundamentals.

Familiarity with Google Ads metrics and performance analysis.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
