Job Responsibilities :

- Manage export sales and day-to-day export activities.
- Handle communication and follow-ups with international buyers.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers regarding pricing, quality, production, and delivery.
- Manage coordination between buyers and vendors from order confirmation to shipment.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and export documents.
- Coordinate with logistics and freight partners to ensure timely shipments.
- Negotiate prices and business terms with buyers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Travel for customer meetings, vendor visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.




- Resolve buyer and vendor issues and ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in export operations.
- Fluent in speaking Hindi (mandatory).
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Experience in handling both buyers and vendors.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic office tools.
- Willing to travel frequently across North India and other parts of India.
- Must be flexible to travel at short notice as per business requirements.
- Agriculture / Agricultural Science graduates preferred.
- Knowledge of agricultural commodities, particularly Onion and Coconut, is an added advantage.
