Grace Wellness Clinic is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Clinic Manager with strong counselling, sales, leadership, and clinic management skills. Candidates from leading aesthetic, dermatology, slimming and wellness brands such as Kaya, ZOE, VLCC and similar organization are strongly encouraged to apply. Note: Please do not apply if you are not from this background. Experience in client counselling, sales conversion, customer relationship management, and client operations will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.

2. Handle client counselling and explain clinic services, treatments, packages, and procedures to prospective clients.

3. Convert leads and walk-in enquiries into confirmed appointments and sales.

4. Manage and guide the clinic team, including therapists, receptionists, and sales staff.

5. Monitor daily sales targets, revenue, client follow-ups, and team performance.

6. Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

7. Handle client queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.

8. Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-ups.

Ensure proper staff discipline, attendance, grooming, and workplace professionalism.

10. Support promotional activities, client engagement, and business development initiatives.

11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

12. Coordinate with the HR department and management for smooth clinic operations.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience.

* Strong counselling and client-handling skills.

* Excellent team management and leadership abilities.

* Positive communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and manage clinic operations.

* Experience in a wellness clinic, aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, salon, or healthcare industry will be preferred.

* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
