Position: Production & Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory production, furniture manufacturing, interior work, and steel fabrication activities.
- Manage workers, carpenters, welders, helpers, and installation teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of production and site projects.
- Check product quality, dimensions, materials, and finishing as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the production manager, design team, purchase department, and clients when required.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials, tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Maintain daily production reports, worker attendance, material consumption, and site progress records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Identify production or installation issues and take corrective action.
- Supervise loading, transportation, installation, and final handover of furniture and interior products.




- Ensure the factory and project sites remain clean, organised, and protected.
- Report daily work progress, delays, material shortages, and other issues to management.

Required Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, Any Graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field preferred.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, interior execution, or steel fabrication preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection, material management, and workplace safety.
- Ability to manage workers and complete work within deadlines.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with suitable technical knowledge and leadership skills may also apply.

Salary

As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
