Recruiter – Contractual Hiring

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time | In office

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for contractual positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, references and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

- Manage joining formalities and maintain recruitment trackers.

- Ensure timely closures against assigned hiring targets.

Requirements:

- 6 months–1 year of experience in recruitment.

- Prior experience in contractual hiring is preferred.

- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
