We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Officer to promote and sell steel products in the Agartala market. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's steel products to builders, contractors, dealers, fabricators, architects, and construction companies.
- Visit construction sites, dealers, and potential customers regularly to generate business.
- Provide technical product information and support to customers regarding steel products and their applications.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer service.




- Prepare daily visit reports and regular sales performance updates.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the steel, cement, construction, or building materials industry.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and steel products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
