We are looking for a responsible and Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, resolve , provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Respond to customer questions regarding content, orders, payments
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow up on pending , issues, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update.
- Coordinate with the teams.
- Provide timely updates and ensure a positive customer experience.
