Job Description – Compliance & Payroll Executive

Company: Medimaze Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and full & final settlements.

Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and applicable labour laws.

Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll reports, and compliance documentation.

Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory contributions.

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.

Positive analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
