Job Summary

Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a tech-savvy, enthusiastic, and result-oriented MBA fresher to join its International Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for researching international markets, identifying potential overseas customers, generating business leads, and supporting international client acquisition activities. The role requires excellent English communication skills, solid computer knowledge, and the ability to use digital platforms and online tools to identify and approach potential international buyers.

Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct international market research to identify potential business opportunities across different countries.
- Identify and source overseas clients, importers, distributors, dealers, and potential business partners.




- Generate international sales leads through Google, LinkedIn, B2B portals, business directories, and other online platforms.
- Research international companies and identify relevant decision-makers and purchasing contacts.
- Initiate communication with potential clients through professional emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls.
- Handle initial client interactions and understand their business requirements.
- Maintain and update international client databases and lead-generation records.
- Follow up with prospective clients to generate enquiries and develop business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
- Track international market trends, competitor activities, and potential target industries.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure effective follow-ups and lead conversions.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, or lead-generation tools.
- Basic understanding of international business and global markets.
- Interest in sales, client acquisition, and international business development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
