As a Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and ensure all training initiatives align with company goals. Your role will involve developing training materials, conducting workshops, and assessing training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will oversee a team of trainers and support their career development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.




- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to different employee levels and roles.
- Create engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.
- Manage the training budget and track expenses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
