We are looking for an experienced Millwright Fitter / Senior Fitter to join our Rolling Mill Maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment installation, alignment, fitting, and repair of rolling mill machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical maintenance of rolling mill machinery and related equipment.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and components.

Install, dismantle, and align mechanical equipment and assemblies.

Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and assembly of machine parts.

Perform maintenance and repairs on bearings, gearboxes, couplings, and mill machinery.

Identify mechanical faults and take corrective action to minimize equipment downtime.

Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure smooth mill operations.





Follow maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI Fitter qualification is mandatory.

4–10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.

Hands-on experience in rolling mill machinery and industrial equipment maintenance.

Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting, equipment alignment, and assembly.

Practical experience in bearing, gearbox, and coupling maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out repairs.

Experience in a steel plant or rolling mill workplace will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
