Job Summary

Rama University is looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and maintenance activities across the university campus and ensure a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure cleanliness of classrooms, offices, faculty rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping materials, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
- Handle cleanliness-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain daily housekeeping reports and staff duty records.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or facility management.
- Experience in handling housekeeping staff and managing large premises.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and housekeeping materials.
- Strong team management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in a university, hospital, hotel, or institutional setup will be preferred.

Job Location: Rama University, Mandhana, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
