About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and e-commerce marketing, preferably in the FMCG, Beauty or Personal Care industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve better ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics.
- Identify target audiences and implement strategies to increase website traffic and sales.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, banners, and video creatives.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM,



CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Managed and scaled D2C capaigns across Meta And Google Ads, Contributing to improvide ROAS and conversion efficiency for e-commerce and lead generation clients.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads.
- Expertise in campaign optimization and budget management.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience with Shopify Analytics and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPM, and CPA.
- A/B testing and audience targeting.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry will be preferred.
- Must have practical experience managing paid campaigns independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
